Uniforms
There is no rush to purchase the required colour straight away. Rose is happy for parents to purchase the required colour once their child has grown out of their old leotard and in preparation for their next exam. Any old uniforms that are in good condition and you no longer require and are thinking of throwing out, please hand to Rose and she will pass on to future pupils.If your child already has a leotard but not of the colour stated below, don't panic! Again there is no rush to purchase the required colour straight away.
Rosewood Dance Academy Hoodies
Rosewood Dance Academy Hoodies are now available to order. Hoodies are purple with a front embroidered design with Academy name and logo in sparkle silver. Children may have their name printed in glitter silver across the back of their hoodie.If you would like to see the quality of the hoodies, please come and see Rose and she will show you a sample of the finished design. If you would like to place an order please complete the order form below and hand back to Rose. Orders will take approximately 2 - 3 weeks.

Pre School Ballet.
Dressing up outfit, Something comfortable, shorts and t-shirt.Set Uniform
Girls : Pale pink sleeveless leotard, pale pink wrap over skirt, pale pink tights or socks and pale pink leather ballet shoes.Boys : White leotard or t-shirt with black leggings or shorts. White socks, Black ballet shoes.
Pre Primary Ballet
Girls : Pale pink sleeveless leotard, pale pink wrap over skirt, pale pink tights or socks and pale pink leather ballet shoes.Boys : White leotard or t-shirt with black leggings or shorts. White socks, Black ballet shoes.
Grade 1 & 2 Ballet
Girls : Pale pink sleeveless leotard, pale pink ballet belt, pale pink tights and pale pink, pale pink leather ballet shoes. Character skirt and Character shoes.Boys : White leotard or t-shirt with black leggings or shorts. White socks, Black ballet shoes and character shoes
Grade 3 & Grade 4 Ballet
Girls : Lavender (purple) sleeveless leotard, lavender ballet belt, pale pink tights and pale pink leather ballet shoes with pale pink ribbon. Character skirt and Character shoes.Boys : As above
Grade 5, 6, 7, 8 & Vocational Levels
Girls : Black sleeveless leotard, black ballet belt, pale pink tights and pale pink leather ballet shoes with pale pink ribbon. Character skirt and Character shoes. (NO CHARACTER WORK IN VOCATIONAL LEVELS) Soft Blocks may be worn instead of ballet shoes at a suitable stage. This will be determined by Rose.Boys : As above
Modern Theatre Dance & Jazz Dance Uniform
Primary, Grade 1 & Grade 2 Modern Theatre Dance
Girls : Black Lycra leggings and Bright Pink (Raspberry) sleeveless Lycra Leotard. Bare feet.Boys : Black leggings or shorts, white leotard or t-shirt. Bare feet.
Grade 3 & Grade 4 Modern Theatre Dance
Girls : Black Lycra leggings and Turquoise sleeveless Lycra Leotard. Bare feet.Boys : As Previous grades.
Grade 5 & Grade 6 Modern Theatre Dance
Girls : Black Lycra leggings and Purple sleeveless Lycra Leotard. Bare feet.Boys : As Previous grades.
Higher Levels
Girls : Black leggings and Black Sleeveless leotard.Boys : As Previous grades.
If you are unsure of the correct style of leotard please double check with Rose before purchasing.
Please note: Around Grade 3 children may have the option of wearing Black Leather Jazz Shoes during class and during their examinations. These MUST have a split sole. Before purchasing please confirm with Rose first.
Around Grade 5 children will have the option to wear black Jazz pants instead of leggings during class but will still require leggings for examinations.
